Alphabet Match — Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 9 August 2026
The short version
Alphabet Match collects nothing, sends nothing, and shows no advertising. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party code of any kind. The app works with the device offline and never makes a network request. Whatever a child does in the game stays on that device, and deleting the app deletes it.
This policy covers the Alphabet Match mobile app for iOS and Android, published by Lion Force Pty Ltd. The app is designed for children aged 3–5 and is built to be handed to a child unsupervised, so it is written to hold no personal information at all.
1. Information We Collect
None. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers — we operate no servers for it. Specifically, Alphabet Match does not gather:
- Names, email addresses, or contact details
- Location, device identifiers, or advertising IDs
- Photos, camera, microphone, or contacts — the app requests no device permissions whatsoever
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostics
- Any information at all about the child using it
2. What Is Stored On the Device
So that a child’s progress survives the tablet being put down, the app saves a small amount of information in the device’s own private storage:
- Stars earned and the letters collected in the sticker book
- The current difficulty level
- Which letters a grown-up has chosen to keep in play
- Optionally, a child’s first name, if a grown-up types one into the “For grown-ups” panel. It is used only to put their name on the title screen and into the spoken cheers.
This information never leaves the device. It is not transmitted, backed up to us, or readable by anyone but the app. A first name entered here is not collected by us in any sense — we never receive it and could not retrieve it.
3. No Advertising, No Tracking, No Third Parties
The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no analytics or attribution software. It integrates no third-party SDKs, social networks, or login providers, and there is nobody for us to share information with because none is gathered.
There are also no links out of the app — nothing a child can tap that opens a browser, a store, or another application.
4. Children’s Privacy
Alphabet Match is intended for young children, and is designed to comply with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Apple App Store Kids Category requirements, and the Google Play Families policy.
Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, verifiable parental consent is not required for its operation. The settings a parent might want — the child’s name, which letters are in play, and erasing progress — sit behind a deliberate press-and-hold gesture that a young child is unlikely to perform by accident.
5. Deleting the Information
6. Changes to This Policy
